Position each Vibro-MSR isolator according to the equipment support layout and calculated load distribution requirements. Ensure the correct mount is selected for each support point based on the imposed equipment load.
Secure the isolators firmly to the supporting structure using suitable mechanical fixings appropriate for the steel or concrete substrate. Equipment should be lowered carefully onto the mounts to maintain balanced load distribution across all spring isolators.
The restrained housing system is designed to control excessive lateral and vertical movement while maintaining effective vibration isolation performance. Care should be taken to avoid rigid acoustic bridges between the equipment, support frame, and surrounding structure.
Where optional rubber isolation profiles are used, ensure continuous contact between the mount base and support surface to maximise high-frequency vibration isolation performance.
