Every MUTE Booth is manufactured to order and carefully packaged to ensure safe transportation. The booth is delivered as a flat-pack kit with all components and installation instructions required for assembly. We work with trusted freight partners to provide reliable delivery across Europe and worldwide.

For a limited time, delivery is FREE on all MUTE Booth orders within the EU and UK.

Standard production time is approximately 4 weeks, followed by around 1 week for delivery, depending on your location. Once your booth has been dispatched, you'll receive shipment details and tracking information where available.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Private conversations require more than simply closing a door. MUTE Booth Duo benefits from independent acoustic testing to ISO 23351-1:2020, with a measured Speech Level Reduction (DS,A) of 28.9 dB. The result helps keep one-to-one meetings confidential while limiting disruption to colleagues outside.

Sustainable Material Selection

Environmental impact is documented across key booth materials and components. Recycled-content declarations, carbon footprint assessment and EPD documentation provide measurable sustainability data, with certain configurations incorporating up to 53% recycled material by total weight.

Indoor Air Emissions Tested

Materials used in the booth have been laboratory tested to evaluate emissions into indoor environments. The assessment includes VOCs, formaldehyde and other carbonyl compounds, using EN 16516 and ISO 16000 testing methodologies designed specifically for indoor-air evaluation.

EMC-Tested Electronics

From ventilation and lighting to integrated power, the electrical systems are designed to work reliably alongside laptops, displays and communication equipment. EMC testing evaluates electromagnetic emissions under controlled conditions, including conducted and radiated emissions.

For projects with stricter fire-performance specifications, MUTE Booth Duo is available with EGGER Flammex panels rated B-s1,d0. The upgrade provides an additional specification option for offices, educational facilities and public buildings.
