- The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and not mounted.
- It should be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, including all tags and accessories.
Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they reach you in pristine condition. However, if you receive a defective item or have received the wrong product, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. To facilitate a smooth resolution, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the delivery and provide photographic evidence of the product and its packaging.
Non-eligible Items
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. We cannot accept returns or process refunds for these items.
Return Process
Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label that you need to attach to the package. The pickup of the return package will be arranged by us at the earliest possible time, and you will be notified of the date and time of the courier pickup. Please do not send any items back to us without first requesting a return, as such packages will not be accepted.
Refund and Exchange
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
