Every MUTE Booth is manufactured to order and carefully packaged to ensure safe transportation. The booth is delivered as a flat-pack kit with all components and installation instructions required for assembly. We work with trusted freight partners to provide reliable delivery across Europe and worldwide.

For a limited time, delivery is FREE on all MUTE Booth orders within the EU and UK.

Standard production time is approximately 4 weeks, followed by around 1 week for delivery, depending on your location. Once your booth has been dispatched, you'll receive shipment details and tracking information where available.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Independent testing according to ISO 23351-1:2020 measured a Speech Level Reduction (DS,A) of 26.9 dB, delivering a high degree of speech privacy even within active open-plan workplaces. The underlying test methodology specifically measures sound power reduction and speech level reduction for acoustic office booths.

Recycled PET acoustic felt creates a sound-absorbing interior surface throughout the meeting room. Beyond improving acoustic comfort, its textile finish softens the larger interior visually and provides the durability needed for frequent meetings, workshops and collaborative sessions.

Laminated Acoustic Glazing

Large glazed areas help the XL feel open and connected to the surrounding architecture. 10 mm laminated acoustic safety glass combines this transparency with acoustic separation, impact resistance and the safety characteristics required in commercial environments.

Architectural-Grade Decorative Boards

Premium EGGER decorative panels give the modular structure a consistent architectural finish across different XL configurations. Their resistance to scratches, staining, abrasion and heat helps maintain the appearance of larger installations exposed to intensive workplace use.

Optional Enhanced Fire Performance

MUTE Booth XL can be configured with EGGER Flammex fire-rated panels for projects with additional fire-performance requirements. The B-s1,d0 classification broadens the range of commercial and public environments in which the modular meeting room can be specified.
