Mark the suspension grid and hanger positions according to the ceiling layout and load requirements.
Fix each hanger to the structural ceiling using a suitable M8 steel flush anchor and threaded rod passing through the isolator. Secure using an appropriate safety nut.
Install hangers according to the ceiling design and applied load, typically at approximately 4 hangers per m² for suspended ceiling applications.
Secure the hanger legs to the main ceiling profile using suitable fixing screws. Adjust the suspension level by rotating the lower nut until the required ceiling alignment is achieved.
Ensure all metal framing members remain isolated from perimeter walls to prevent acoustic bridges.
Install sound-absorbing insulation and acoustic membranes where specified and complete the ceiling system in accordance with the plasterboard manufacturer's recommendations. Seal perimeter joints using a resilient non-hardening acoustic mastic.
