Vibro-3D may be installed as either a suspended isolator or a mounting isolator depending on the project requirements. The appropriate configuration, load capacity and connection type should be selected prior to installation.
Ensure the static load is distributed correctly across all mounting points and that the selected isolator stiffness corresponds to the operational load requirements. Where lateral forces are present, radial loads must not exceed 15% of the mounting load.
The galvanised housing protects the internal isolation element from environmental exposure and corrosive conditions. Care should be taken to avoid rigid acoustic bridges between isolated equipment and adjacent structures.
