Vibro-Profi can be installed beneath machinery, steel structures, inertia bases, floating floors and acoustic partition systems.
The material may be used as individual pads or continuous strips depending on load distribution and vibration isolation requirements. Pre-cut incisions at 125 mm intervals allow quick separation into individual support pads.
For increased vibration isolation performance, multiple layers can be installed in stacked configurations. When used in floating floor constructions, perimeter isolation strips should be installed around the floor edge to prevent acoustic bridges and flanking sound transmission.
Ensure loads are evenly distributed across the support surface to achieve optimum vibration isolation performance and long-term durability.
