Vibro-Pi is installed by fixing the upper section to the structural ceiling using an M6 bolt through the elastomer vibration isolator. The side flaps of the metal frame are then folded to form a support profile for the suspended ceiling system.
The hanger is connected to gypsum board ceiling profiles or air duct systems, ensuring stable suspension while maintaining acoustic decoupling from the main structure.
The perforated design allows adjustment in both length and shape to accommodate uneven ceiling levels and varying installation requirements.
All fixing points must include metal washers to ensure correct load distribution and secure installation. The suspended system must remain fully decoupled from rigid structural connections to maintain acoustic performance.
