Position each Vibro-AM spring mount according to the equipment layout and identified spring configuration. Ensure the correct spring type is used for the corresponding load point.
Fix the equipment to the upper M8 threaded connection using suitable M8 bolts and tighten securely to the equipment support bracket.
For levelling adjustment, use two M8 bolts with metal washers and rotate the lower nut clockwise evenly across all isolators until the required equipment level is achieved. Levelling adjustments should be performed progressively to maintain balanced load distribution.
Rotate the Vibro-AM mount as required to maintain access to the fixing holes after positioning beneath the equipment. Where necessary, the mount may be secured to the supporting structure using suitable M8 bolts.
The lower base includes two Ø8 mm fixing holes for pass-through bolt installation beneath steel support frames or equipment bases. Care should be taken to avoid rigid acoustic bridges between the equipment and surrounding structure.
