Mark the ceiling grid and hanger positions on the structural ceiling. Vibro-SH hangers should typically be positioned approximately 300 mm from the perimeter of the isolated ceiling.
Fix the hangers to the concrete ceiling using M8 steel flush anchors and threaded rods passing through the elastomer element, secured with safety nuts.
Hangers should be distributed according to the ceiling load and room dimensions, typically at approximately 4 hangers per m². The lower mounting legs are fixed to the main ceiling profiles using 2 screws on each side.
All metal channels must remain separated from perimeter walls and structural elements to prevent acoustic bridges. Ceiling levelling is adjusted using the lower nut on the threaded rod.
