Installation

Vibro-BL is installed between gypsum board wall structures and the main building framework, typically in systems where walls are mounted on anti-vibration pads or floating floor constructions.

The brace is fixed to wall studs and structural elements using suitable fasteners through the perforated metal frame, ensuring secure mechanical support without creating rigid acoustic bridges.

Integrated elastomer elements absorb compression and tension forces, preventing direct vibration transmission through the fixing points.

Vibro-BL must not be used for vertical load-bearing applications. Metal washers must be used at all fixing points to ensure correct load distribution and secure installation. The wall system must remain fully decoupled from rigid structural connections to maintain acoustic performance.
