Installation

Position the Vibro-MSH isolators beneath the equipment according to the load distribution requirements and support layout.

 

Secure the base plate to the supporting steelwork or concrete structure using appropriate fixings. Where required, use suitable M10 anchors to fix the isolator to the support structure.

 

Connect the equipment base to the isolator using the M12 fixing arrangement and tighten the fixing nut securely to the equipment mounting point.

 

Ensure loads are distributed evenly across all isolators to achieve optimum vibration isolation performance. Where access to fixing points is restricted after equipment placement, secure the isolators to the support structure before positioning the machinery.

 

Avoid rigid connections between isolated equipment and adjacent structures that could create acoustic bridges.
