Every MUTE Booth is manufactured to order and carefully packaged to ensure safe transportation. The booth is delivered as a flat-pack kit with all components and installation instructions required for assembly. We work with trusted freight partners to provide reliable delivery across Europe and worldwide.

For a limited time, delivery is FREE on all MUTE Booth orders within the EU and UK.

Standard production time is approximately 4 weeks, followed by around 1 week for delivery, depending on your location. Once your booth has been dispatched, you'll receive shipment details and tracking information where available.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Acoustic Performance

Privacy remains consistent whether MUTE Booth Flex is configured for seated or standing use. Independent acoustic testing according to ISO 23351-1:2020 recorded a 28.9 dB Speech Level Reduction (DS,A), helping prevent conversations from carrying into the surrounding workspace and reducing external distractions.

Sustainable Construction

The booth combines performance with documented environmental credentials. Recycled content declarations, lifecycle documentation, carbon footprint calculations and EPD data provide greater transparency about the materials used, with selected configurations containing up to 53% recycled content by weight.

Tested Indoor Air Quality

Materials used within the booth have been evaluated for emissions into indoor air, including VOCs, formaldehyde and other aldehydes. Laboratory assessment used recognised methods, including EN 16516 and the ISO 16000 series, supporting the booth's suitability for long-term installation in occupied interiors.

Electromagnetic Compatibility

Lighting, ventilation, power and electronic controls are integrated directly into the booth, making electrical reliability particularly important. EMC testing assesses electromagnetic emissions to ensure the electrical systems can operate alongside the technology commonly found in contemporary offices.

Sound-Absorbing PET Interior

A 12 mm PET acoustic felt lining covers the interior surfaces, absorbing reflected sound and contributing to a more comfortable acoustic environment inside. Its recycled fibre construction combines acoustic functionality with durability and a refined textile appearance.

10 mm Laminated Glass

Large glazed surfaces preserve visibility and natural openness without compromising the booth's acoustic concept. 10 mm laminated acoustic safety glass provides a robust barrier suitable for repeated everyday use in offices and commercial interiors. The manufacturer's technical information specifies the glass as a 5+5 mm laminated construction.

Durable EGGER Surfaces

The decorative board surfaces are manufactured for the demands of commercial interiors. Premium EGGER panels provide resistance against scratches, staining, abrasion and heat while giving the booth a precise, high-quality finish.

Fire-Rated Panel Option
