Every MUTE Booth is manufactured to order and carefully packaged to ensure safe transportation. The booth is delivered as a flat-pack kit with all components and installation instructions required for assembly. We work with trusted freight partners to provide reliable delivery across Europe and worldwide.

For a limited time, delivery is FREE on all MUTE Booth orders within the EU and UK.

Standard production time is approximately 4 weeks, followed by around 1 week for delivery, depending on your location. Once your booth has been dispatched, you'll receive shipment details and tracking information where available.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Independent testing in accordance with ISO 23351-1:2020 achieved a 26.9 dB Speech Level Reduction (DS,A), supporting confidential discussions and better acoustic separation from the surrounding workplace.

The booth's environmental characteristics are supported by documented assessments covering recycled content, carbon footprint and Environmental Product Declarations. Depending on the specification, up to 53% of the booth's weight can come from recycled materials, contributing to more resource-conscious workplace projects.

A meeting pod may be occupied by several people at once, making the quality of its interior materials important. Emissions testing evaluates VOCs, formaldehyde and other aldehydes using recognized European and international indoor-air methods to assess suitability for occupied environments.
