Every MUTE Booth is manufactured to order and carefully packaged to ensure safe transportation. The booth is delivered as a flat-pack kit with all components and installation instructions required for assembly. We work with trusted freight partners to provide reliable delivery across Europe and worldwide.

For a limited time, delivery is FREE on all MUTE Booth orders within the EU and UK.

Standard production time is approximately 4 weeks, followed by around 1 week for delivery, depending on your location. Once your booth has been dispatched, you'll receive shipment details and tracking information where available.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

MUTE Booth Stand is engineered to provide reliable speech privacy for phone calls and confidential conversations in busy workplaces. Independent testing in accordance with ISO 23351-1:2020, the international standard for acoustic office booths, measured a Speech Level Reduction (DS,A) of 28.9 dB. This significantly reduces speech transmission between the booth and the surrounding office.

Sustainability has been considered throughout the booth's material selection and construction. Environmental documentation includes recycled content declarations, carbon footprint assessment and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), with recycled material content reaching up to 53% by weight, depending on configuration.

Indoor Air Quality

MUTE Booth materials have undergone laboratory testing for emissions that can affect indoor air quality. Testing covers volatile organic compounds (VOCs), formaldehyde and other carbonyl compounds using recognised indoor-air test methods, supporting use in continuously occupied workplace environments.

Electrical Safety and EMC

The integrated lighting, ventilation, controls and electrical components are designed for dependable everyday operation. Electromagnetic compatibility testing evaluates both conducted and radiated emissions, helping ensure the booth operates reliably alongside computers and other electronic equipment.

Acoustic PET Felt

The booth uses 10 mm laminated acoustic safety glass, combining transparency with acoustic performance and increased safety.
