How long does installation take?

Most MUTE Booth models can typically be assembled in approximately 1–2 hours, depending on the model, configuration and site conditions. Larger configurations, particularly MUTE Booth XL, may require additional installation time. No drilling, structural work or building alteration is involved.

Can an office pod be moved after installation?

Yes. Booths are freestanding and can be repositioned without disassembly when fitted with the optional moving kit, which adds castors and handling hardware.

What is the difference between office soundproofing, acoustic treatment and office pods?

Office soundproofing blocks noise between spaces using insulation built into walls, floors and ceilings. Acoustic treatment absorbs reflected sound within a room using acoustic furniture and panels. Standard models ship within four weeks of order confirmation. In case of custom-requested modifications, the lead times are confirmed at the point of order based on model, configuration and destination country. 

Standing, seated or sit-stand: which office phone booth should I choose?

Choose by call length, not headcount. A standing office phone booth is built for short calls taken on the move and has the smallest footprint. A seated office phone booth suits calls and video meetings that run longer, with desk space for a laptop. A sit-stand office phone booth covers both.

Are office pods better than acoustic desk screens for reducing noise?

They solve different problems. Acoustic desk screens absorb sound at the source and lower the overall noise floor, while office pods use sound insulation technology to fully enclose a conversation.
