Position the Vibro-AMR mounts beneath the equipment support points according to the specified load distribution layout. Ensure the correct mount configuration is selected for each support location.
Fix the upper M8 connection securely to the equipment frame or support bracket using suitable mechanical fixings. The lower base includes two fixing holes for M8 pass-through bolts to secure the isolator to the supporting structure.
The restrained housing system is designed to limit excessive vertical and horizontal movement while maintaining vibration isolation performance. Care should be taken to avoid rigid acoustic bridges between the equipment and surrounding structure.
Where height adjustment is required, an optional jack screw system with compatible nuts and washers may be installed to achieve accurate levelling and balanced load distribution across all support points.
