Position each Vibro-MS isolator according to the equipment support layout and load distribution requirements.
Attach the lower mounting plate securely to the supporting steel or concrete structure using suitable fixings. Ensure the mounting surface is level and structurally adequate for the imposed loads.
Pass the upper M12 fixing bolt through the equipment support frame or base plate and tighten the upper nut securely to the equipment foot bracket.
Rotate the Vibro-MS mount as required to maintain access to the fixing points after equipment positioning. Where access becomes restricted after installation, secure the mount to the base structure first using suitable M10 bolts before positioning the equipment.
Care should be taken to maintain acoustic separation and avoid rigid acoustic bridges between the equipment and surrounding structure.
