Install Vibro-R with the load applied directly to the top surface of the support element. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, level, and capable of carrying the intended load.
For floor installation, the unit may be anchored directly to the supporting structure. For suspended applications, ensure the anchor rod is perfectly perpendicular to avoid uneven loading.
When using pass-through M8 fixing, ensure the screw and nut do not compress the elastic element, as this would reduce vibration isolation performance. The Vibro-R neck must be correctly positioned through the mounting hole and seated on the elastic washer and metal base.
Avoid over-tightening during installation to maintain the designed deflection and acoustic performance.
