Vibro-CHF can be configured into four different mounting arrangements depending on the installation requirements and suspension method.
Fix the hanger securely to the structural ceiling using suitable anchors, threaded rods, hooks, or compatible suspension hardware. The appropriate fixing method should be selected according to the load and application.
Attach the hanger to the ceiling framework, ductwork, pipework, or suspended equipment in accordance with the project design requirements.
Ensure suspension points are evenly spaced and loads are distributed uniformly across all hangers. Metal framing members and suspended systems should remain isolated from surrounding walls and structures to prevent acoustic bridges.
Where used within acoustic ceiling systems, install insulation materials and acoustic membranes as specified and seal perimeter junctions with a resilient acoustic sealant.
