Position each Vibro-SMR isolator according to the equipment support layout and spring identification markings. Ensure the correct isolator type is installed at each load point.
Lower the equipment carefully onto the spring mounts while maintaining balanced load distribution across all isolators to avoid overloading individual support points.
Secure the lower section of the isolator to the structural base using suitable bolts or anchors through the provided fixing holes. Fix the upper threaded connection through the equipment support frame or base plate.
Adjust the equipment level using the integrated height adjustment bolt. Rotate clockwise to raise the upper bridge and counterclockwise to lower it until the required level and balanced load distribution are achieved.
Once aligned, tighten the upper fixing nut securely to the equipment support bracket. Care should be taken to maintain acoustic separation and avoid rigid acoustic bridges between the equipment and surrounding structure.
