Every MUTE Booth is manufactured to order and carefully packaged to ensure safe transportation. The booth is delivered as a flat-pack kit with all components and installation instructions required for assembly. We work with trusted freight partners to provide reliable delivery across Europe and worldwide.

Standard production time is approximately 4 weeks, followed by around 1 week for delivery, depending on your location. Once your booth has been dispatched, you'll receive shipment details and tracking information where available.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Acoustic Performance

MUTE Booth Meet has been independently tested in accordance with ISO 23351-1:2020, the international standard for acoustic office booths. The booth achieved a Speech Level Reduction (DS,A) of 28.9 dB, which provides excellent speech privacy for confidential conversations, video meetings and focused work in open-plan offices.

Sustainable Materials

Environmental performance has been independently documented through recycled content declarations, carbon footprint assessments and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs). Depending on the configuration, the booth contains up to 53% recycled material by weight, helping support more sustainable building projects.

Indoor Air Quality

The booth has been laboratory tested for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and aldehyde emissions to ensure healthy indoor air quality. The results confirm that the materials are suitable for long-term use in offices and other occupied indoor environments.

Electrical Safety and EMC

All integrated electrical systems, including the lighting, ventilation and power outlets, have been tested for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). This ensures reliable operation while preventing interference with nearby electronic equipment in modern workplaces.

CE Conformity

MUTE Booth Meet is manufactured in compliance with applicable European directives for electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility. The booth is CE-compliant, confirming that it meets the essential health, safety, and environmental requirements for use within the European Economic Area.

Acoustic PET Felt

The interior acoustic lining is manufactured from recycled PET fibres and provides excellent sound absorption while contributing to the booth's modern appearance. The material is durable, dimensionally stable and suitable for demanding office environments.

Safety Glass

The booth features 10 mm laminated acoustic safety glass certified in accordance with EN 14449. This construction combines excellent sound insulation with enhanced impact resistance and user safety for everyday commercial use.

Decorative Boards

The decorative panels are manufactured using premium EGGER boards certified to EN 14322. They offer high resistance to scratches, stains, abrasion and heat while maintaining a durable, attractive finish suitable for intensive commercial use.
