Vibro-CH is installed by fixing each hanger to the structural ceiling using suitable anchors and a threaded suspension rod passing through the isolator assembly. The suspended ceiling or equipment frame is then connected to the lower mounting point of the hanger.
Hangers should be positioned according to the load distribution requirements, typically around 4 units per m² for ceiling systems. Precise levelling is achieved by adjusting the lower nut.
The spring and elastomer elements isolate vibration while preventing rigid metal-to-metal contact between structural components.
All metal channels must remain separated from surrounding walls to prevent acoustic bridges. Metal washers must be used at all fixing points, and installation should follow the relevant load calculations to ensure optimal performance.
