Where mechanical securing is required, integrated fixing openings accommodate M6, M8, and M10 bolts while maintaining vibration isolation performance and preventing acoustic bridges.
The modular tile configuration allows individual sections to be cut and arranged according to project-specific load distribution requirements. For increased vibration isolation performance, multiple layers may be installed with intermediate steel plates to improve load distribution and increase elastic deflection.
The supported machine base or floor structure should cover the full surface area of the Vibro-Tile supports wherever possible. Loads must remain evenly distributed across all support points to ensure optimal vibration isolation performance.
